A couple of pieces of music from church this evening.
First up is a new addition to my ‘St Paul of the Cross Little Organ Book’. It is a short trio saraband based on the hymn tune ‘Omni Dei’ from the hymn ‘Firmly I Believe’.
The second recording is the voluntary at the end of Mass, Hendrik Andriessen’s Theme and Variations.
